Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Regional Sales Manager located in Chandigarh. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing the sales team, developing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with key customers, achieving sales targets, and analyzing market trends. You will also provide training, support, and guidance to the sales team to ensure their success.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales role
- Knowledge of pharmaceuticals or medical devices
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., pharmaceutical sales certifications) will be advantageous
