Regional Sales Manager (HoReCa)

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 10-15 years

Job Duties:

• Responsible for managing offline sales across Regional & PAN India.
• B2B Sales of company's products to HoReCa and MT segments.
• Developing strategic sales plans, and cultivating relationships with key B2B customers.
• Responsible for generating leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, emails, exhibitions, customer referrals
• Managing existing customers and following up for repeat orders
• Track competition's activities
• Attend & participate in product launches, networking events, exhibitions.
• Giving Product Demos / Presentations.
• Maintaining and updating of customer data base on respective sheets and in CRM Software.
• Submitting MIS Reports to the management.
• RSM's role is not only management of sales team but also responsible for being on the field (in Mumbai), generating leads and closing deals.

Requirements:

• Preferred Food & Beverage industry experience.
• HoReCa experience and contacts are required
• Will handle ASM's across PAN India and sales team.
• Make strategies to grow sales and lead the sales.

Skills Required:

• Good Communication & Presentable.
• Intelligent having good academic record.
• Convincing and Negotiation Skills.
• Result Oriented, Attention to deadline & details.
• Experience in participating in exhibitions and organizing sampling events.
• Candidates having Hotel procurement contacts will be an advantage.

• Prior experience handling promoters
• Store-in-Store experience
