Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Manager-Business Development- SCM business. He/She will be responsible for managing and developing sales strategies, maintaining relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets and will also be responsible for overseeing sales performance, providing leadership and guidance, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

1. Exp 15 yrs in 3 pls sales
2. Graduate in any discipline with MBA in Sales & Marketing.
3.Should have worked at senior level in Corporate Sales y and should have vast experience in corporate selling for services of SCM business, preferable with company with large scale in Apparel , FMCG, Quick Commerce, Health & nutrition, Ecommerce
4. Should be strong in Key account sales concept and should be able to penetrate sales in signed up account and manage customer satisfaction to generate more business. Should have hands on experience of Sales and appreciation of Operations spanning across the region
5. SCM knowledge and working experience inter personal, negotiation skills

Job Description
Responsible for Account Management and Profitability of SCM Business
Experience in B2B and B2C sales
Responsible for achieving the sales targets
Evaluate prospect information; initiate the business acquiring process
Formulate and execute market focused strategies to establish a strong position for organisation in the market
Explore business opportunities in the untapped areas
Presention and relationship management
Plan, prepare and meet customers who has business from respective product vertical and get them on board
Ensure commercials are clearly agreed and accepted by customer
Delivering the budgeted revenue and GP every month
Source sales leads from manifest and in house .Achieving revenue and profitability targets for the region
Prospecting to establish new accounts and extending business in existing accounts.
Building credible and lasting relationships with prospects and customers for repeat business.
Setting customer expectations consistent with service offerings and delivery potential.
Developing a healthy pipeline of suspects and prospects and accurately forecasting business deals to be closed.
Maintaining contact and opportunity information complete, accurate and in a timely manner.
Having a comprehensive channel strategy/multipoint lead generation
Strong sales and negotiation skills
