Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager at Guardians Security & Facilities Pvt Ltd. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and growing the sales of security services within the designated NCR region. Key tasks include Operations & Sales and maintaining relationships with existing clients
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales and business development and operations
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Knowledge of the security/facility industry and relevant regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
