Job Description

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for the assigned region.

Monitor and analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.

Establish clear and challenging sales targets for the region and individual sales managers.

Monitor and analyze sales performance against targets, taking corrective actions as needed.

Provide regular reports and updates to higher management on sales progress.

Develop strategies to differentiate products and services, ensuring a competitive edge.

Implement tactical plans to counter competitor initiatives and maximize market share.

Provide leadership, motivation, and guidance to ensure the team meets and exceeds sales goals

Foster a positive and collaborative team culture to enhance productivity and morale.

Experience - Minimum of 5 -10 years of proven experience in sales management, specifically within the pre-engineered construction industry or building materials industry.
