Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Regional Sales Manager located in New Delhi. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our sales activities in the assigned region. This includes developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. You will also provide support and training to the sales team in the region.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare or medical device industry
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented
  • Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities
  • Experience in managing and leading a sales team
  • Knowledge of hearing aid technology and related products
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Create regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives
  • Support Store Managers with day-to-day store operation
  • Evaluate store and individual performances
  • Report on regional sales results
  • Forecast quarterly and annual profits
  • Identify hiring needs, select and train new salespeople
  • Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility
  • Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
  • Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions
  • Participate in decisions for expansion or acquisition
  • Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction.
