The Role:
The Regional Sales Manager will be hunting Tendering/ Software Services sales/ E-Governance
Key Responsibilities:
- Experience of e-Governance Business and responsible for bringing IT projects from South & West Territory of India
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities for various IT / ITES Products and Solutions to State & Central Government customers across South & West
- Handle sales team and help in their day to day activity along with business partners to achieve their targets
- Manage the overall sales process from Lead Generation, Qualifying Leads, Meeting Decision Makers, and Deal Negotiations through closing.
- Respond to various RFP's & RFI's in cohesion with the different stake holders.
- Maintain healthy business relationships with decision makers of various government organizations and working on pro - active Tenders enrolling them for our upcoming projects.
- Coordination with various stake holders of the company, OEMs and Partners to prepare the complete Bid stack for all the RFX. Prepare & deliver sales presentations and coordinate demonstrations
- Coordinate with internal departments and partners to analyze and estimate the cost sheet for the projects.
- Ensuring timely payment collection, post sales services & support.
Skills Required:
- Government procurement process knowledge
- Presentation and showcasing of strength to higher level in Government department
- Proven experience with engaging enterprise business leaders, building customer relationships and influencing senior executives
- Experience in selling consultative services in the Tendering/ Software Services sales is a huge plus!
- Demonstrated ability to engage senior client leadership
- Capability to understand the client business and connect the same with technical/LOB solutions at first level. Facilitate deeper engagement with pre sales and technical folks.
- Demonstrable strong client relationships at least at the level of IT Head, Infra Head or Application Head.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and negotiating skills - Strong organizational, computer and time management skills
Qualifications & Experience:
- BTech/BE
- 12 to 15 years experience in Tendering/ Software Services sales/ E-Governance
