Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager located in Chandigarh. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing the sales activities within the designated region. This includes developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The Regional Sales Manager will also be responsible for forecasting and reporting sales metrics, conducting market research, and staying up-to-date with industry trends.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Channel distribution in B2B Segment.
• Experience in the Telecommunication industry and Networking products (Routers, Switches, ONT, ONU, Access Points, IP Telephones, PBX,EPABX)
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a sales team
• Previous experience in the VOIP, hardware & networking industry is a plus
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
• Ability to analyze market trends and competitors
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Previous experience in the VOIP, hardware & networking industry is a plus
• Willingness to travel within the designated region
