Responsibilities:- Generate leads through various channels and cold calling.
Independently manage and drive ERP software sales within the educational sector, focusing on colleges, universities, and schools.- Promote and sell our HR software, Palgeo.
Conduct fieldwork to identify potential clients and understand market trends.
- Meet with existing and prospective clients to present our products/services.
Travel extensively, to meet and engage with top-level management in educational institutions.- Schedule appointments, conduct product demonstrations, and provide in-depth presentations on our ERP solutions.
Negotiate pricing, close deals, and achieve a monthly sales target of at least two successful sales.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within educational institutions.
Facilitate top-level discussions and strategic meetings to introduce and position our ERP software effectively.
Proven experience in ERP software sales, particularly within the educational sector.- Established network and contacts with top-level management in universities and colleges.
Ability to work independently and manage a sales team effectively.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
Willingness to travel frequently and meet clients on-site.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Knowledge of HR software sales is a plus.
