Regional Sales Manager

Chillax Holiday Pvt Ltd is a Business Travel and MICE Management Company based in Gurugram. We offer complete business travel and MICE services all over the world, including hotel bookings, flight bookings, transportation, and Forex services.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager at Chillax Holiday Pvt Ltd. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities within their assigned region, including identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. They will also collaborate with the sales team, marketing department, and other stakeholders to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Excellent presentation and networking skills
• Knowledge of the travel and tourism industry
• Experience in MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events) management
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region
