Job Description:
Responsible for managing a team of 550 - 600 Sales executives ( 1 in each branch), 57-60 Sales managers and 6 - 7 Area Sales managers.
Responsible for acquiring new customers ( New KYC) for the company.
Responsible for delivering the AOP budgets, quarter-on-quarter
Drive SE productivity through building a strong coaching, hands-on training and rewards structure.
This position reports to the Head of the alternate channel
Eligibility
A candidate who is currently working as Manager GR -I & above with a minimum of 2+ years of experience.
The candidate Should possess good communication skills in the local language.
Required Computer, excel and Liaison skills.
