Branch Management:
Oversee operations, performance, and compliance across multiple branches within the cluster.Sales Leadership:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and support branch managers and staff to ensure high performance and operational efficiency.
- Financial Oversight: Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and implement cost-control measures to enhance profitability.
Customer Relations:
Enhance customer satisfaction through effective service delivery and resolve any issues promptly.Strategic Planning:
Execute strategic plans to align branch operations with company goals and market opportunities.Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies, and mitigate operational and financial risks.
Experience: 5-6 years in a managerial role within an NBFC, with proven experience in managing multiple branches or a cluster.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. MBA is preferred.
Skills:
Strong leadership, strategic planning, financial management, and customer relationship skills. Proficient in relevant financial software and CRM tools.
