Job Description

As a sales executive you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities for clients that want to relocate to the UAE, building strong relationships with prospects and existing clients, and achieving sales targets. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base by building strong networks and relationships within the travel and tours industry and other related industries.
B. Responsibilities
  1. Prospect and generate new leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and through referrals.
  2. Conduct thorough market research to identify potential customers and understand their needs and requirements.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  4. Present our products and services to prospective clients, highlighting their unique features and benefits.
  5. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed assigned sales targets and objectives.
  6. Negotiate and close sales deals, including contract terms and pricing, while ensuring profitability for the company.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
  8. Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  9. Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management review.
  10. Continuously enhance product knowledge and stay updated on industry developments to effectively articulate value propositions to customers.
C. Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field with a minimum of 5 years experience in a Sales Role. Candidates from the Insurance, Banking & Real Estate Industry will be preferred
The preferred applicant will possess the following qualities:
  1. Proven track record of success in a sales role, preferably in a B2B environment.
  2. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  3. Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
  4. Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales.
  5. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  6. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  7. Willingness to travel and meet with clients as required.
  8. Result-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
