Job Description
Managing the sales process for the region both B2B and B2C including planning and executing the demand generation activities.
- Strategies and manage the channel expansion
- Design and execute channel promotion and business promotion schemes to ensure sales maximisation.
- Manage collections and receivables.
- Work with the regional agronomist and the product development team to design and execute the market development activities.
- Provide feedback to the leadership on product pricing, competitor activities and how to counter those.
Requirements-Qualifications/Skills
- Candidate should be M.SC/B.SC(Agri)/B.Tech (Agri) with 15 plus years of experience and a good academic record right through from
his school.
- Should have worked in large agri-input companies in sales and marketing and heading a state/region for atleast 3 years.
- Strong commercial acumen, team and channel handling experience.
- Good communication skills and should be fluent in English, Hindi
- Basic computer skills with MS Office
- Role requires extensive travelling of more than 15 days a month
