Job Description

Managing the sales process for the region both B2B and B2C including planning and executing the demand generation activities.

  • Strategies and manage the channel expansion
  • Design and execute channel promotion and business promotion schemes to ensure sales maximisation.
  • Manage collections and receivables.
  • Work with the regional agronomist and the product development team to design and execute the market development activities.
  • Provide feedback to the leadership on product pricing, competitor activities and how to counter those.

Requirements-Qualifications/Skills

  • Candidate should be M.SC/B.SC(Agri)/B.Tech (Agri) with 15 plus years of experience and a good academic record right through from

his school.

  • Should have worked in large agri-input companies in sales and marketing and heading a state/region for atleast 3 years.
  • Strong commercial acumen, team and channel handling experience.
  • Good communication skills and should be fluent in English, Hindi
  • Basic computer skills with MS Office
  • Role requires extensive travelling of more than 15 days a month
