Job Description

  • Develop monthly/quarterly/annual sales plans that support account objectives
  • Create channel-specific plans, targets & sell-out programs to meet/exceed overall sales targets
  • Improve the brand image, customer experience and customer service of all retail store operations
  • Achieve the company`s sales target by marketing campaigns and user operation
  • Manage sales forecasts and purchase order
  • Analysis & internal reporting of daily, weekly and monthly sell-in/sell-out performance to headquarters/management & finance
  • Effectively make business plans and manage & track budgetary needs to support sales and account plans
  • Manage key partner engagements and relationships with trade
  • Align with customer channel leadership to identify & close new sell-out opportunities
  • Ability to effectively manage large team size
