Job Overview:
- Ensure Timely implementation of Target for assigned Market as per AOP Plan or as communicated on time-to-time basis. Includes Monthly / Quarterly /Half yearly Goals and Plan.
- Manage performance through Sales Out of Distributor Partner through Regional LCO/ MSO both by Market Development and TECHNOLOGY PRESPECTIVE and new solution introduction.
- Ensure direct engagement and good relationship with customers to win Trust, Confidence of the partner.
- Ensure that timely reporting and update provisioning of the market and business challenges
- Developing sales plans: The head of sales creates strategies to increase revenue, including forecasts and plans to penetrate new markets.
- Building a sales team: The head of sales builds a team of account executives and SDRs.
Negotiating: Negotiating contracts and prices
- Collaborating with marketing: The head of sales works with marketing teams to identify new opportunities and strategies.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Proven experience as a Regional sales, Brand Manager or similar role
- Background in design & copywriting is a plus
- Experience in Sales analysis
- Familiar with product Sales tactics (e.g. Integrated Sales campaigns)
- Working knowledge of web analytics tools(Google analytics, WenTrends)
- Creativity

- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

Qualifications :
- Minimum 5 years of experience with Sales Head and campaigns.
- Bachelor's Degree in Sales or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Person with IT Background & having knowledge of IT products like WI-FI, PON, Switches, etc
- 5+ years product Sales experience & IT
- Proven history of creating effective marketing programs
- Excellent time management and project prioritization skills
- Large-scale event management experience a plus
