Role: Regional Sales Head North India
nRole & Responsibilities:
- nDevelop monthly/quarterly/annual sales plans that support account objectives & KPIs
- nCreate channel-specific plans, targets & sell-out programs to meet/exceed overall sales targets
- nImprove the brand image, customer experience and customer service of all retail store operations
- nAchieve the company`s sales target by marketing campaigns and user operation
- nManage sales forecasts and purchase order
- nAnalysis & internal reporting of daily, weekly and monthly sell-in/sell-out performance to headquarters/management & finance
- nEffectively make business plans and manage & track budgetary needs to support sales and account plans
- nManage key partner engagements and relationships with trade
- nAlign with customer channel leadership to identify & close new sell-out opportunities
- nAbility to effectively manage large team size
nExpectations from the Candidate:
- nBachelor's or MBA degree is required
- n12 -15 years of sales/account/channel management experience with at least 10 years into sales management
- nSkilled at forecasting sales, tracking sell in/sell-out performance and ability to communicate
- nProven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- nExperience developing channel-specific product launch plans with channel appropriate sales targets
- nProven account/channel management and leadership with effective results
- nExperience developing sell through programs and tracking ROI
- nExperience developing strategic plans with specific experience executing the tactics
- nAbility to embrace change and shift gears in a dynamic environment with rapidly changing priorities
- nHumility & a positive approach at the workplace; someone who is eager to learn & believes in winning with the team
- nPreferred experience in smartphone / TV business
