Work Responsibilities
- Present, Promote and Sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective
customers
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their
needs
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Analyze the territory/markets potential, track sales and status reports
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive
activities, and potential for new products and services
Experience And Other Requirements
- Work experience as a sales representative in medical field
- Highly motivated and target is driven with a proven track record in sales
- Able to prioritize, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Sales experience in the health sector would be ideal
- Should be fluent in English and Hindi (both written and spoken)
