B.E.Civil with 20 years of experience in building construction industry preferably industrial projects exposure.
- Responsible for preparation of project schedule as per desired level of schedule and preparation of budget & cash flow.
- Determine resource requirement of manpower, material and machineries as per schedule/budget.
- Monitoring & tracking of master schedules & Budget as well as resources.
- Projection and monitoring of resources in line with monthly progress.
- Preparation material indent, budget through SAP system.
- Coordination with site team in line monthlies target as well as coordination with client and flagging of Drawing related & NSC issues. Inter department coordination for daily activities.
- Coordination for material tracking
- Submission of MIS reports, Daily/weekly/monthly reports and reports, MRM presentation .
- To ensure safety compliance and extent necessary supports to team for implementation
