Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Regional Operations Manager at Workassist. The Regional Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing day-to-day operations in the Greater Kolkata Area. This role requires on-site presence and involves tasks such as coordinating and managing recruitment processes, ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining client relationships, and driving business growth in the region.

About the Role:

Is the interface between his/her team members, sales team, vendors and corporate office for completion of operational transactions within the defined compliance parameters & timelines. Role is to support the Zonal Head and Branch Ops Head for all key transactions.

KRA:

  • Provide High Quality Customer Service and ensuring customer delight
  • Takes care irate & high profile customers on one-on-one basis
  • Service Queries to be resolved within TAT, critical query management & managing escalations as per the investor need
  • Authorizing NRI letters, authorization of forced transactions, issuance of unit balance confirmation letters to investors
  • Provide high Quality distributor servicing and meeting critical distributors for all the transactions
  • Ensure that the distributors are aware on the Operations Processes
  • Responsible for Vendor Management like meeting Banks & CAMS
  • Monitor CAMS Branch for Service delivery as per our SLA
  • Adherence to the code of conduct, statutory, compliance & internal audit requirement
  • Ensure all the processed redemptions are paid out within the SEBI stipulated timelines
  • Responsible for process Improvements and Cost Control by enhancing operating Efficiency
  • Responsible for driving all the corporate Initiatives successfully
  • Ensure that there is no Financial loss to the Organization on account of Transaction processing in the Zone
  • Responsible for Cross selling of the products and retention of the customers
  • Branch Visit and adherence to Standard operating procedures across branches
  • Ensure error free and timely processing of the Transactions
  • Responsible for managing the team with in-depth understanding of the training and developing needs as per their capabilities
  • Analyzing the service requests received for the zone from Pivotal CRM
  • Facilitating and providing solutions to exceptions within the gamut of regulatory framework
  • Assessing the manning requirement of the zone and getting requisite approvals for the same
  • Random check on data entry to avoid any miss/delays
  • Provide Sales MIS to the zonal head/sales team as per their requirement
  • Responsible for hr/admin/IT coordination where-ever the team representative is not present
  • Driving PMS operations smoothly, along with completion of PMS Projects
  • Providing OPS training to Sales person on regular basis and update about the new changes
  • Handling Legal cases of the Zone, Co-ordinating with Advocate and Compliance team at CO

Qualifications

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in using technology and software tools
  • Knowledge of the recruitment industry is desirable
