Position title: Regional Offering Manager
Role Statement:
- Be a thought leader for assigned offerings both internally and externally
- Own the entirety of the offering including ideation, planning, development, launch and sustaining.
- Ensure the commercial development of the assigned service products family
- Define Service portfolio price positioning
- Coordinate and deliver Marketing material and sales support activities for the EMEA market
- Cooperate with Local organizations identifying market opportunities and target Customers and ensuring Service offering development and consistency across the region
- Cooperate in defining strategic planning for Service business development at EMEA level and
globally
Key Duties
- Be the Project Leader for the New Service Product Development Process from Concept to Launch
- Define, create & update the Marketing materials & sales tools with particular focus on Product Launches
- Provide fast & adequate support (including product training and customer facing activities) to the Sales Teams
- Cooperate with Service PM's of other Regions in defining Service products strategy
- Cooperate with Product Marketing and Service Sales in developing new Service portfolio
- Define Service Pricing models, positioning and discount policies
- Track & report the Service business by Country, by Market Segment and by Product Segment
- Perform Market & Competition analysis to define and review Service products positioning
- Coordinate technical / commercial information flow from Service sales teams to Service management to address market needs
- Assure the execution of all the controls prescribed by I.T.C. Regulation for legal commerce of
products (also HQ/SW) and services, systems and technologies. ITC Regulation Grading: Medium
Experience and attitudes
- 8 to 12 years of experience in Product Management experience in an international environment (2+ yrs in Service/Marketing would be a plus)
- Extensive Marketing background
- Excellent analytical, fact based strategic planning and problem solving skills
- Customer-Oriented attitude
- Ability to work in a decentralized environment.
Key Dimensions
- Actively support EMEA Service Sales organizations (both direct and distributors network)
- Maintain and develop Service Portfolio and pricing
Job Requirements
- University Engineering Degree: Electrical or Mechanical
- Fluent English (other languages are a plus)
- Previous experience within multinational companies is a plus
- Team player attitude
