Job Summary
This role requires establishing leadership in diabetes and access to company products in the
zone through providing quality medical and scientific support to Doctors (mainly
influencers), other healthcare professionals (HCPs - nurses, pharmacists, etc.) and
colleagues. Also,ensure KOLs and specialists are aware of and understand the scientific
basis for and clinical usefulness of our compounds within diabetes
Job Responsibilities
- l Scientific support for marketed products and development projects within Diabetes
- l Productive relationships with key stakeholders and relevant institutions/organizations to
- achieve competitive advantage and market leadership within diabetes
- l Training and educational activities for doctors and other HCPs working with diabetes
- l Planning of Regional Medical Education activities i.e. regional conferences
- l Manage discussions with the investigator
- l Manage Regional Publications, Conferences and publication plan
- l Execution of regional medical activities
- l Pre Conference Preparation (Including Liasoning with Speaker)
- l Plan and align HCP and Key Opinion Leader (KOL) engagement
- l Medico-marketing support for product campaign development & implementation
- l Leverage local clinical trials harvest potential synergies to support key business

- l Driving and organizing advisory boards
- l Gather and report competitive data
- l Align on zonal objectives, strategy, and tactics
- l Share information individually or collectively during zonal meetings
- l Participate and facilitate medical sessions in the company portal and in quarterly
- training
Job Requirements
- l MD Pharmacology/ Specialization in Endocrinology/Internal Medicine
- l 0-2 years of experience in a health related system, pharmaceutical company, or
- managed care environment.
- l Clinical practice experience involving direct patient care is preferred.
