Job Summary
Work with India sales team to deliver effective marketing programs and demand generation campaigns across the India region that produce a consistent flow of quality sales leads
Position Verint as the leader in CX, Contact Centre and AI-driven customer engagement platforms across India
Grow Verint's market coverage, penetration and reputation across the India region
Key Accountabilities
Work with India Managing Director to build an effective marketing plan that delivers quality sales leads
Design and execute closed loop, integrated marketing campaigns with a focus on digital (online, eDM, SEM) marketing across India utilizing the Eloqua/salesforce.com marketing automation platform wherever possible.
Ensure that a regular flow of MQLs are generated and work with the Sales organization to convert these to SALs and SQLs
Work with Sales team to identify priority customer target organizations and design marketing programs that enable our land and expand strategy in these accounts
Design, organize and execute field marketing events such as conferences, seminars, webinars in India (both Verint-branded and 3rd party) and assist the wider APAC Marketing Team with any regional events
Develop and grow the Verint brand across the region through engagement with media and industry analysts and highlight Verint's position as an industry thought leader
Produce regular and consistent stream of customer case studies, opinion articles and similar media and sales assets
Own and manage Verint's contact database in India and develop programs that enable its expansion to support sales growth.
Engage with Partners across India to develop Verint marketing activities and promotions to their customers
Grow our web presence and related SEO and social media activities in India
Manage the marketing budget for the India region
Generate regular demand generation reports for Sales and Management that highlight campaign outcomes

People Specification
5+ years of marketing experience in IT or technology industry (preferably in the B2B technology software sector)
2+ years India Marketing Management experience
Experience with marketing automation (Eloqua), web analytics and content management systems
Experience with CRM systems, ideally salesforce.com
Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Understands metrics-driven, demand generation marketing
Excellent organizational, negotiation and influence skills
Vibrant entrepreneurial can do attitude, strong individual performer, effective technical communicator and effective in matrix team organizations
