You will be responsible for leading demand generation activities and deliver the liquidation goals as per the business plan
- Accountable for effective commercialization launch of new productsfollowing the new launch process
- Develops annual goals and objectives for Demand Generation Team
- Prepares the resource plan, budget plan for the Region by closely working with Sales, Marketing & Commercial Effectiveness Leadership
- Accountable for maintaining and improving productivity levels of field resources and critical demand generation activities
- Develops the Policy Documents, broad guidelines for Demand Generation Team, Marketing Agencies
- Responsible for Budget Management & ensuring that Demand Generation team is delivering the goals within the budget
- Work Closely with strategic and Brand Managers for Market Segmentation, Portfolio Positioning & Crop wise, Product Wise Strategy
- Work Closely with Zonal Marketing Managers AMM's and Sales Team for effective utilization for resources and activity planning
- Work Closely with Marketing Agency on Recruitment, On Boarding, TrainingCoach Guide etc
- Accountable for adoption of strategic initiatives like Market Unit Activity Planning and Tracking, Large Plot Demos (New Commercialization -2 and 01 Year), Demo Plots,Online training module, Archer adoption (Archer is mobile based app entire Marketing Agency MIT Team has the app to report activities and must report daily basis as per the task allotted to them by AMM in advance) , Laser farm( All the standard ppt's for products are available online in Laser Farm ) eLMS (eLMS is a learning model for the Marketing Agency field Team where each of these candidate has to visit and get online certification ) etc.

Education (technical and/or commercial)
BSc. or MSc in agriculture
MBA in Marketing is desirable.
Job experience
Experience in Sales and Marketing in Agrochemical/Crop protection Industry
Experience working in a customer-focused environment.
Experience in handling a professional Team including Managers
Knowledge
Good consumer and market insights
Through knowledge of Crop & Pest Dynamics
Good knowledge of MS Office
