Job Description

Dear Applicants,

We are looking for Regional Manager/Zonal Manager for Our South Region.

Seeking candidates from Jewelry Background for this role.

Regional Manager Job Description

1. Ownership of PnL for all GIVA's exclusive stores in the South Region.

2. Leading a team of Area Managers/ Cluster Managers and driving performance of all stores in their portfolio

3. Coordinate with internal teams and develop processes to ensure smooth operations of all stores in their region

a. At least 5-8- years of experience in the Sales & Ops team of other retail brands

b. Experience of leading area and regional managers.

c. Experience of working across cities in south like Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing and Supplier Management: Identify potential suppliers, conduct negotiations, and establish strong relationships with vendors. Evaluate supplier performance regularly and address any issues that may arise. Work with suppliers to negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions to secure advantageous agreements.

Purchase Order Management: Generate purchase orders and ensure accuracy in terms of specifications, quantities, and pricing. Monitor and track the status of purchase orders to ensure timely deliveries. Collaborate with various departments to understand their procurement needs and requirements.

Cost Optimization: Analyze market trends and conditions to identify opportunities for cost savings. Implement cost reduction strategies without compromising quality or service delivery.

Quality Assurance: Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure that purchased items meet specified quality standards. Address any quality issues with suppliers and take corrective actions as necessary.

Inventory Management: Work closely with inventory management teams to maintain optimal stock levels. Implement strategies to reduce excess inventory and minimize carrying costs.

Reporting: Generate reports on procurement activities, cost savings, and supplier performance. Provide regular updates to management on the status of ongoing procurement projects.

Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Proven experience in procurement or a similar role. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Knowledge of procurement regulations and best practices.
