Job Description

As a REGIONAL MANAGER, you provide exclusive support for developing the business for our Training Division. Find out potential clients for selling our services. Establish a network with related clients. Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.

You should be able to build long-term relationships with new and existing customers. Involve and Execute different programs as advised by the management. Organize different and innovative programs to uplift the brand value of IPCS. Plan and organize career enhancement seminars in different colleges and training centers. Give inputs to different marketing activities and marketing materials like brochures, corporate videos, online marketing materials etc. to,

To oversee new Business Development Opportunities and provide training and information on Business policies and procedures to the Team Members of the assigned Region.

Preparing and implementing online and Offline activities for the Region assigned.

Preparing Annual business plans for the region and ensuring the activities are happening through constant and continuous monitoring and guidance to the concerned staff.

Provide guidance and training to the branch heads and BDM's to ensure the quality of services.

Taking care of the requisition of the Franchise center regarding advertisement, study material, and any other requirements.

Responsible for taking reports on a daily basis / weekly basis / monthly basis from the branches and sending them to the Top Management.

Assists each Branch in completing their annual marketing plan and ensures that goals and objectives are achieved.

Timely surveys on Market and Competitor analysis.

Monthly & Regular visits to all Region Branches as and when it's required & assessing the branch Performance

Overall Target management of the Region

Building strong relations with Branches, Franchises & Corporates.

Finding & Establishing new locations for Franchises & Branches in the Region at various locations Local Branding activities as per requirement of each locations

Coordination of Branding Campaigns like scholarships at all colleges & institutions to promote IPCS Brand name.

Making sure that ERP & DSR updating are up to date on all branches & providing necessary assistance when needed

Pay: 40,
  • 00 - 70,000.00 per month
