Job Description :
Responsible for Gold Loan and handling 50 plus branches.
Responsible for achievement of all business targets including targets, resources mobilization targets etc.
Responsible for achieving cross selling products TGT Vs ACT of the region and maintaining relation with cross selling peers to ensure smooth implementation process.
Responsible for maintaining the quality of the AUM which focused attention in NPA management.
Implementing new security system to prevent incident like fraud/ burglary/robbery/dacoit and train the team to handle situations under extreme pressure.
In an event of any incidents, follow up with local governing bodies (Police, Court etc) up till satisfactory resolution provided and accepted by the management.
Selecting competent resources and ensure the staffing level as per norms.
Opening of new Branches as per the potential of the region.
Responsible for overall administration of regions and do periodic visit to all branches of the region.
Ensure cost effective fund management among branched within the region.
Ensure the Gold Loan SOP to be followed and inculcated in branch operations
Ensuring adherence to laid down instructions with regard to conduct of business and administration by branches.
Reviewing audit reports for the region and take necessary actions.
Periodic events to be programmed for the business promotion to create brand equity for Muthoot Group.
Conducting periodic training program for development of the staffs to take additional responsibilities.
