Job Description
Job Profile: The candidate would be responsible to lead a team of Area Sales Manager, Territory managers, BDMs and BDOs. He should be responsible for overall supervision, performance and achieving sales target of the given region. The candidate: MBA with good academic record and minimum of 5 years and above of experience in FMCG, Insurance, Retail, Agri and allied industry, of which 3 years of experience in Managerial position, Leadership ability & Team Management Skills.
