South-1-Locations: Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and Kerla

South-2-Locations: A.P. & Telangana

Job Summary:

We seek an experienced Regional Logistics Manager - Sales to oversee logistics operations, manage sales relationships, and drive business growth across South and west Regions. This role ensures timely delivery, optimizes supply chain efficiency, and enhances customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Logistics Operations:

1. Manage regional logistics, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory.

2. Supervise logistics teams, providing guidance and training.

3. Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.

4. Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs).

Sales Support:

1. Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs.

2. Develop logistics solutions to support sales growth.

3. Provide logistics expertise to secure new business.

4. Foster strong relationships with customers and sales teams.

Supply Chain Optimization:

1. Analyze market trends, capacity, and carrier performance.

2. Negotiate contracts with logistics providers.

3. Implement cost-saving initiatives.

4. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Strategic Planning:

1. Develop regional logistics strategies aligned with business objectives.

Requirements:

6. Familiarity with logistics software and technology.
