The Regional Lead - Recruitment will be responsible for attracting the most suitable candidates as fellows for the Bhumi Fellowship programme. He/she will establish long-term partnerships with colleges across Karnataka and Kerala for creating a pipeline of potential leaders for education.
Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Research, identify, and establish partnerships with colleges and universities
- Conduct campus drives, participate in career fairs, and facilitate other engagements
- Recruit and engage Campus Ambassadors and strategize approaches to maximise effort
- Support in shortlisting potential applicants as part of the recruitment process
Preferred Education Qualification / Experience:
- Experience related to recruitment/college connections would be an advantage
- Graduate/Post Graduate degree in any discipline
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Willingness to travel locally and regionally (frequently)
- Good people engagement, networking and listening skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Good computer knowledge and MS Office skills
- Self-driven with strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work under stressful environment and timelines
- Forward looking thinker, who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions
