Job Role:
- Develop and implement quality management strategies and initiatives to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Oversee the quality control processes for all construction projects, from pre-construction phase to project completion
- Lead and mentor the quality assurance team, providing guidance and support to ensure adherence to quality protocols
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and address non-conformities
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to drive a culture of quality and continuous improvement
- Establish key quality performance indicators (KPIs) and report on quality metrics to senior management
- Implement best practices in quality management and ensure effective communication of quality objectives across the organization
- Stay updated on industry developments, emerging quality standards, and technological advancements to drive innovation in quality processes
Experience Required:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with more than 15+ years of experience in quality management for Residential and Commercial Developments.
