Influencing without authority: Demands high collaboration with the regional team, customer marketing & Sci.com team.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement & drive plans defined towards strategic priorities on defined ranges of the year to drive Portfolio opportunities in the region. Work in close co-ordination with the sales team for the same
Manage implementation of designed trade and consumer promotions for the pillar to aid sales growth
Implement the Perfect Store plans for the year & enhance Picture of Success of the brand in retail outlets
Manage multiple agencies in-order to get tasks implemented
Co-ordinate for successful new product launches
Oversee periodic analysis of KPIs to aid in regular business operations
Implement customer communication as defined by campaign calendars
Lead implementation of designed offline & online events for key stakeholders including internal teams, channel partners, their staff & pet owners
Act as the key SPOC of Marketing (Retail pillar) for daily operations
Keep track of competition and measure market data
Implement special projects which are required for business growth
Job Specifications:
Education : MBA (Marketing) from mid-tier management B-school with any graduation
Experience : 7-10yrs
Qualities & Skills
Should live all Mars 5 principles & Qualitiy and Responsibility in particular
Should have good analytical skills, presentation skills and must be methodical in approach
Ability to travel across the country & internationally, as required
The role provides key support to entire sales team of Retail pillar - the incumbent should be good at managing cross-functional relations
