Regional Jio Point Service Coordinator

We at Reliance Jio are currently hiring for open position of Regional Jio Point Service Coordinator for Navi Mumbai.

Requirements:

Experience 04 -07 years

Education : MBA

Job Description

. To monitor Jio Point service roll out in the region and publish daily updates on progress. Take necessary support from DASS RSM to drive the roll out as per plan

2. To analyze the Jio Point KPI & performance measurement

3. To analyze Jio Phone failure trends and Jio Point service Parameters

4. To ensure data authenticity and high reliability of any report published

5. Responsible for publishing Jio Point key KPIs such as - TAT; Repeat repair; Cost of Service; Spares use & recovery ratio

6. Analyze raw data and provide key data points on various Cost & Speed KPIs for Jio Phones

7. To monitor and publish Service Performance of Jio Point , State wise ( in the region) and ensure proper analysis and correction action

8. Assist Regional Service Manager in DASS field operations related to Jio centre/ Jio Point
