Responsibilities

Manage bulk hiring and ensure timely generation of offer letters

Track and execute complete employee movements

Handle onboarding formalities and update reports accordingly

Update manpower requirements in the HRMS

Provide inputs to Operations HR, Payroll, and Employment Status

Manage employee exits and update reports

Oversee full and final settlement formalities and track progress

Address employee queries and grievances

Handle end-to-end HR operations

Requirements

A master's degree in Human Resources (MBA in HR is mandatory)

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Salary

2.50 to 3.00 LPA

Preference will be given to local candidates.
