Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional HR at Spandana Sphoorty Financial Limited located in Bhopal. The Regional HR will be responsible for managing HR policies, employee benefits, personnel management, and HR-related tasks. The role involves coordinating with various departments, implementing HR initiatives, ensuring compliance with HR regulations, and supporting employee engagement and development.
