Recruitment, Selection & Onboarding
1. Manpower hiring based on business requirements & Adherence to TAT for On Roll and Offroll Manpower for Region (JB 11 and staff)
2. Implement all recruitment and selection related process.
3. Creating candidate pipeline and market mapping for various positions in onroll and offroll
4. Building relationship with ITI, Eng Colleges, Polytechnics, B School to ensure employer branding and attracting diverse and young workforce
5. Participating in assessment of candidates ( Jb 11 and Staff)
6. Induction and assimilation into the team at regional level including providing necessary infrastructure for settling in the new employee comfortably into the team.
7. Implementation of NAPS, campus recruitment in the region
8. Drive employee referral program in the region ( Tconnect etc)
KRA2
HR Ops
- Offroll attendance management
- Certification of contractor and vendor bills and submission in time for processing payments
- Confirmation process completion as per defined TAT.
- Enabling transfer and deputation of manpower to take care of business needs
- Timely submission of Payroll inputs , TE portal inputs on time
- Assist and guide retiring and resigning employees on PF/ Superannuation process.
- HR policy and process related query resolution to employees.
- Support - IT proof submission , PF nomination, UAN KYC, Mediclaim, Nischint, Sunischit , GPA related data submission and facilitation including query handling.
KRA3
Performance and Productivity Management
- Adherence to PMS timelines- Goal Setting, MYR, Annual appraisal and ensuring quality discussion between employee and manager.
- Participating in Critical performance conversation of JB 10 and below
- Adherence to PIP Process, review and recording of monthly feedback as per process guidelines.
- Facilitate performance counselling sessions
- Participate in regional reviews and gather inputs on HR actionable
- Aligning manpower deployment in the region to ensure expected productivity from onroll , offroll, Temp - ( Eg Taluka level leadership, RMC productivity)
- Handling communication and queries related to PMS.
KRA4
Wellness and Engagement
1. Create Employee Connect by regular visit to Regional & Depot offices and Plants.
2. Conduct Engagement activities & wellness programs in Region in line with Engagement Calendar and taking local initiatives for employees, families and channel partners.
3. Uniform policy understanding to employees through continuous communication using various platforms.
4. Adoption of HR technology platforms
5. Sharing ground pulse with ZHR and RH on regular basis by engaging with teams at all levels.
6. handling depot / plant level dynamics by taking appropriate actions to keep employee connect intact with organization.
7. Sparsh program for Offroll engagement
8. Responsible for rolling out of communication and change management guidelines, policies, processes, interventions in the region.
9. Execute monthly / quarterly R&R program at region / vertical .
10. Coordinate Vibes and regional team vibes survey and percolate region action plan to all employees
11. Coordinate various survey and programs to ensure 100% participation.

Talent Management and Learning & Development
1. Facilitation of MDP (My Development Plan) for JB 11.
2. Participate in checkin meetings and ensure that there is quarterly review.
3. Drive completion of potential assessment in the region.
4. Roll out and monitor implementation of training programs and interventions planned centrally and at regional level ( front step, next step, yellow belt, green belt, elearning ,
5. Implement Compliance related training like COC, POSH, Safety etc)
6. Movement of employees ( 5+ years in region/ depot)
7. As part of depot visiting counselling employees on productivity and career
8. Creating Pool of offroll talent (Pragati)
KRA6
Industrial relations at the Ready Mix Concrete Plant
1. To ensure smooth functioning of all the RMC plants without any labour unrest.
2. Constant liaisoning with Employees, workers & locals to ensure that healthy work conditions are prevailing in all Offices plants in region..
3. To ensure timely availability of labors.
4. Disciplinary action towards absenteeism, behavior on duty etc.
5. To ensure and create harmonious & peaceful Industrial Relations climate in all the plants.
6. To help the contractors in settling wage related issues & annual temp staff increments
7. To ensure 100% compliance across RMC plants in respective region with timely submission of various returns and documents at Local authority.
8. To Liaison with local govt. officials to ensure smooth operations at plant and various audits.
9. To ensure all the paperwork readily available in all Plants for surprise External Audits.
10. Support Manager ER on vendor compliance audit
11. To ensure ways & means of grievances handling at plants by having effective Grievance redressal systems at plants/Offices.
