JD Development and administration of programs, procedures, and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the company.
- Maintains employee-related databases.
Prepares and analyzes reports that are necessary to carry out the functions of the department and office.- Prepares periodic reports for management, as necessary or requested.
Assists with the development of Human Resources policies for the office and regard to employee relations.
- Assists with the implementation of the performance management system that includes performance development plans (PDPs) and employee development programs.
Administers various human resource plans and procedures for all company personnel; assists in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures; Timely communication to employees regarding various training programs.- Provides day-to-day benefits administration services. Maintains benefits records and prepares documents necessary for implementing coverage. Assist employees with any claim issues.
Proper coordination with internal team for resolving, settlement of full & final, payroll generation, Mediclaim/ GPA PF,ESI. Build harmonious relations with employees, respond to their queries, attend their issues and take timely action resolution of grievances, ensuring HR Policies are followed.
