Job Description :

Roles & Responsibilities

Enhances the organization s human resources by planning,implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies,programs,and practices.

Maintains the work strcuture by updating job requirements and job descriptions for a positions.

Supports organization staff by establishing a recruiting ,testing, and interviewing popgramcounceling managers on candidate selectioncondcuting and analyzing exit interviewsand recommending changes.

Prepares employees for asignmnets by establishing and conducting orientation an training programs.

Enforces management guidelines by preparing,updating,and recommending human resource policies and procedures.

Handling statutory compliance - PF,ESI etc.

Desired Candidate profile.

Graduate/Post Graduate.

Exp : 2 + yr's of experience in progressively responsible human resource roles(Rexruitment & operations ) (BFSI/NBFC/INSURANCE/SERVICE INDUSTRIES prefered

Localities will be prefered
