Working with one of the leading housing solutions platform, you will be owning the Pamp;L for a region in Mumbai and will drive top line by efficiency in existing business and acquiring new avenues
- The candidate would report to the Sales Head and will be responsible for:
- Overall Pamp;L of the region
- Local marketing initiatives, identifying expansion opportunities and scaling up the business.
- Brand management in the area and providing exceptional customer experience.
- Coming up with a competitive pricing model and sales strategy.
- Managing a sizeable team which will assist you in the aforementioned tasks.
Functional Requirement
- Proven Leadership track record, in scaling growth, revenues and profitability.
- Strong sense of changing consumer markets, innate understanding of market dynamics.
- A self-starter with an intense drive to outperform expectations, the incumbent will be required to be hands-on.
- Ability to build a strong brand in a highly competitive market environment.
- Ability to influence peers and top management on strength of strategic fit and hard data, and lead a business with a bias for action.
- Leadership experience with demonstrated experience of setting up the team for success.
- Local Language fluency is preferred.
