About The Role

This role will be responsible for making necessary changes to processes or standards in operational plans in order to establish outside sales strategies.

Role Responsibilities

  • Lead Overall P&L for Light commercial & VRF business for the region
  • Responsible for Sales & service for network of region.
  • Create & execute plans to maximize share of segment for brands of LC & VRF.
  • Be the point of contact for Channel partners for complete region & manage escalations.
  • Overall responsibility of Service operation like PM/Calls/Spare management.
  • Lead region operations in a matrix organization.
  • Work with stakeholders within the function & across the organization for efficient management.
  • Team management & skill development
  • AR management
  • Drive EH&S across region

Minimum Requirements

  • 8-10 years of relevant experience
  • Channel & key accounts management skills
  • Project management skills
  • Capable of working effectively with cross functional teams
  • Self-driven & go getter attitude
