About The Role
This role will be responsible for making necessary changes to processes or standards in operational plans in order to establish outside sales strategies.
Role Responsibilities
- Lead Overall P&L for Light commercial & VRF business for the region
- Responsible for Sales & service for network of region.
- Create & execute plans to maximize share of segment for brands of LC & VRF.
- Be the point of contact for Channel partners for complete region & manage escalations.
- Overall responsibility of Service operation like PM/Calls/Spare management.
- Lead region operations in a matrix organization.
- Work with stakeholders within the function & across the organization for efficient management.
- Team management & skill development
- AR management
- Drive EH&S across region
Minimum Requirements
- 8-10 years of relevant experience
- Channel & key accounts management skills
- Project management skills
- Capable of working effectively with cross functional teams
- Self-driven & go getter attitude
