Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and manage a regional team to achieve loan origination and servicing targets

Develop and implement strategies to increase loan portfolio growth and profitability

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all loan operations

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify and capitalize on regional market opportunities

Monitor and analyze loan performance metrics, implementing strategies to mitigate risk and improve results

Oversee the loan underwriting process, ensuring accurate and timely decision-making

Foster positive relationships with clients, partners, and regulatory bodies within the region

Provide regular reports and updates on regional loan operations to senior management
