Responsibilities:
As the Regional Head at Magnum Insurance Broking Pvt Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in driving the
growth and success of our operations in South India. Your primary responsibilities include:
1. Leadership and Team Management: Lead a team of seasoned professionals dedicated to acquiring
SME customers through direct channels. Inspire and guide them to achieve outstanding results.
2. Financial Oversight: Assume P&L responsibility for the South region. Your focus will be on optimizing
growth while maintaining profitability.
3. Stakeholder Relationships: Cultivate and nurture relationships with key partners such as insurance
companies, surveyors, TPAs, and others to ensure smooth operations and collaboration.
4. Portfolio Management: Take charge of the existing portfolio and drive year-over-year growth,
leveraging your expertise in the General Insurance sector.
5. Business Expansion: Identify and tap into SME clusters, forging strategic partnerships that will
facilitate our business expansion efforts.
6. Talent Acquisition: Recruit talented individuals with the specific skill sets required for various roles
within the team, ensuring a high-performing workforce.
7. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Actuary, Underwriting, and IT teams to
conceptualize, develop, and launch innovative products tailored for the SME segment.
8. Claims Management: Oversee the claims settlement process and maintain effective coordination with
Claims, Surveyors, Insurers, and Clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
9. MIS Reporting: Generate and analyze Management Information System (MIS) reports to gain insights
and make data-driven decisions.
