About the role
Role: Regional Head- HR and Admin
In this role, you will:
Unique Role Requirements
Domestic and some International travel will be required.
Keep abreast and continuous monitoring of statutory and labour legislation.
Responsible for overseeing all HR operations within your designated region.
Setting the right governance/process etc. for the department.
Automate the processes to improve the productivity
CAPABILITY PROFILE
Formal Education-Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA from reputed college is must.
Work Experience and Skills -
Proven 17+ years of cross regional experience with a focus on strategic HR management and leadership. Must have handled a sizeable team in a corporate environment. Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization. Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a high-performing HR team. Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into actionable HR initiatives. Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making. Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
KEY RESULT AREAS- Generalist HR
Provide high level generalist HR advice, support and services across India business.
Assists with the implementation of strategic people related activities and programs for India, working closely with Manager People and across regions.
Provide guidance, interpretation and review/development for HR policies and procedures.
Updates Group company aligned employment contract templates when changes are required.
Engages with the Global Remuneration & Benefits team for salary and benchmarking data.
Manage annual performance talent management and succession planning programs for India Capability Hub, as well as subsequent identification of learning and development needs and opportunities.
Support the India team with identifying and implementing new systems and processes to support growth operations.
Compiles People data for the Global HR Report cycle. Preparation and Implementation of HR Business Plan aligned with the Global business plan.
Support various HR initiatives and contribute to the development and delivery of HR related projects. Support Global LMS team through a resource based at India Hub.
Maintaining Employee Database in interface with HRM System, Management of monthly payroll, calculation of salaries, processing of monthly payroll and handling all payroll queries. Preparing and managing Human resources and Admin budget for India.
