About the team : Drives and Grows the Revenue for one's portfolio of accounts in the region, through various payment and merchant services.
About the Role: B2B Key Account Manager who will be responsible to increase Paytm's presence in existing accounts.
Expectations & Requirements:
- Develop strategies and short-term plans to meet aggressive revenue goals.
- Present new solutions and ideas to prospective customers as per the requirement.
- Understand customer business to be able to explore business opportunities and help customers meet their business objectives.
- Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives.
- Conducting paperwork and onboarding formalities till business goes live on our Paytm .
- Understand current pain points, discuss appropriate solutions.
- Create and maintain excellent relationships with clients and be able to tailor products pitch according to their specifications.
- Managing the entire sales lifecycle. Mapping potential enterprise clients at Events,
- Linkedin, Cold Visits and scheduling meetings with them. Effectively communicating with confidence with key stakeholders in client organization(CEO, CMO, VP Marketing, CIO, Head Loyalty / Marketing)
- Prepare Weekly, Monthly and Annual Sales forecast to present to management.
- Responsible for the P&L for the assigned accounts.
Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role :
- 8+ years of sales/ experience in Advertising or loyalty or fintech companies
- Enterprise B2B sales with historical success on closing deals with mid-marque and large corporate clients
- Ads sales background or loyalty sales or EDC/POS sales experience preferred/Cross Selling experience preferred.
Competencies & Skills:
Demonstrates robust sales mindset, consistently achieving monthly targets. Exhibits exceptional ownership and adeptly navigates challenges.
Education : MBA from Tier 2/3 colleges preferred.
