Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Head to lead our sales efforts in the South India region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Team handling & Corporate sales Experience, with extensive experience in B2B sales, particularly in the India market. This individual will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic partnerships, and managing key accounts to achieve business objectives. The candidate will be expected to build and run their own team across South India along with Existing Team. The candidate should be able to immediately generate sales across all different verticals such as Edge computing, Cloud Computing Solutions, Cyber security, Networking Solutions, VDI Solutions and etc. Compensation is merit-based and will be judged based on the skills, experience and ability of the candidate.
Regional Sales Head Key Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Spearhead the entire Sales department for South Indian Region i.e. manage the overall Business Development process of sales for South Indian Region for IT Services & Solutions.
2. Should demonstrate strong leadership skills and team handling skills. Also, should be able to attract, develop and retain high-performing team members.
3. Engages with vendors and OEMs to develop and execute go-to-market strategies to be implemented by the sales team.
4. Measure progress against objectives and ensure that the appropriate level of effort is applied across the sales team to handle the clients reality.
5. Coordinates sales activities across the geography to ensure that a consistent go-to-market approach is followed and that all clients are approached in a planned and coordinated way.
6. Act as a critical link between sales strategy and execution in the field and ensure that the end-state vision as determined by the executive team is achieved, whilst balancing buyer expectations.
7. Setting targets for their team and monitors their performance to ensure they achieve their goals. This includes analyzing sales data, providing regular feedback to the team and making necessary plan adjustments.
8. Leading and collaborating pre-sales efforts to define technical solutions, assist with Statements of Work and deliver proposals.
9. Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the set of accounts in the given region.
10. Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company customer base and ensure its strong presence.
11. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
12. Managing and leading regional sales teams to achieve sales targets and inspire high performance in line with set KPIs and targets
Qualifications:
Preferably, MBA from a Good institution.
Highly collaborative.
15 to 20 years of relevant experience in sales and sales effectiveness working with technical sales teams to build strategy, management, and execution of programs.
Strong understanding of sales process design and related outcomes.
Experience optimizing leading sales tools, including Salesforce, intent scoring tools, contact data tools, and other sales and marketing tech stack tools
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with product, marketing and finance teams, to create impact.
Strong strategic organizational, planning, project management, problem resolution, communication, presentation, facilitation, and influencing skills required
