Professionally qualified/Post Graduate/Graduate - preferably with JAIIB/CAIIB who are willing to manage field operations as well as branches
Age - Min - 35 years & Max - 50 years
Having minimum 3 years of banking experience in Scale 2/Scale 3 Cadre in Public Sector Bank/Old Private Sector Bank or having minimum 5 years of banking experience as Senior Manager in New Generation Bank with expertise in General Banking / Credit / Treasury / Technology / Retail Banking/CASA Marketing/ NRI Marketing/ Sales Management / Recovery / Legal. (Minimum 15 years of overall Banking experience for RDM and 12 years for Scale IV)
Willing to work at any place in India
The salary will be based on the industry standards.
For Regional Development Managers-They should have adequate experience in handling cluster of Branches under their control.
