Build operating rhythm around entire core commercial cycle - deliver FC accuracy at region level within agreed limits
Ensure seamless adoption of DMS/ SFA across Distributor points
Strategic Thinking : Building our brand love with shoppers & consumers through best-in-class visibility & impactful activations across relevant channels
Stakeholder Management : Work with HO Customer marketing teams, Brand teams, Demand Planning & Commercial Excellence team to deliver the required objectives on distribution, visibility & growth
Capability Building : Work with senior executives to build their capability & develop talent pipeline for better succession planning.
