What you will do
- Complete ownership of the entire Sales & operations of the region
- Implementation of Org Strategy in the region
- Leading and coaching sales, installation, and service teams
- Achieving business goals for the region like sales installation & Farmer Success
- Own the P&L by ensuring prices, CAC, Service & other costs are as per budget.
- Ensuring all the Farmer Success Metrics are achieved and get a 100% customer satisfaction rate & NPS Goal
- Collaborating with external partners to smooth execution of Indirect business
- Collaboration & Relationship cultivation with internal stakeholders
- Weekly review meeting with the team to check progress on success metrics, and take corrective action wherever required
- Timely reporting to the leadership team on progress and next steps
- Coach and develop team members to achieve their professional success
- Conflict resolution & Risk management
Ideal persona
Qualifications
- Bachelor in agriculture/rural development (Preferably MBA)
- 3 to 5 Years rural working experience
- 3+ years team management experience
