Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Cluster Manager at Urban Money. As a Cluster Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of multiple locations in location, as well as overseeing a team of loan portfolio counselors. This role requires a combination of on-site presence and flexibility for remote work. You will be responsible for maintaining high service standards, coordinating with financial institutions, and ensuring the smooth functioning of loan processes.

- Experience in the banking or financial services industry
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong sales and customer service abilities
- Knowledge of loan products and mortgage solutions
- Good understanding of financial regulations and compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Proficiency in using loan management software
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field.
- Knowlegde of Home Loan, Mortgage Loan, Business Loan, Pesonal Loan, CC ,OD Relavant experiance Must be Nedded.
